The working principle of the mortar spraying machine is to use an air compressor to drive the abrasive (or projectile) to the workpiece surface. It achieves surface micro-cutting or impact to clean rust, paint, and perform decorative treatments.
This machine is mainly used for building internal and external wall surfaces with mixed mortar, putty powder, refractory coating, and pressure grouting. It is ideal for highway, railway tunnel, urban subway, and hydraulic power station underground caverns. It is also effective for dam, slope, and soft rock reinforcement soil grouting engineering.
