Crawler Full Hydraulic Dynamic Impact Engineering Drilling Rig

Application Fields

It is mainly applicable to carbide rotary drilling, screw drilling, pneumatic drill hole hammer, pneumatic drill hole hammer with pipe drilling (optional with rotary jet, pendulum jet, fixed jet) and other drilling techniques. It can also be used in tunnel pipe shed support, rock and soil anchoring, blasting hole, embankment reinforcement, ground source heat pump hole, hydrologic well, foundation pile construction and geological disaster control and other engineering fields. Note: Users can choose diesel engine power, motor power, diesel engine power/motor dual power.

Introduction

This crawler-type hydraulic dynamic impact engineering drill can perform rotary drilling using common alloy bits and other drilling tools, and conventional ball tooth bits can be used for rotary percussion drilling and high-speed hole formation in rock layers. In unstable strata such as pebble beds, the following pipe drilling tool can be used to drill holes with casing.

Supporting hydraulic impact can meet the impact rock drilling operations, liquid discharge, underground micro piles, anchor cables, geological exploration, geothermal hole formation, foundation reinforcement, slope support and other infrastructure construction requirements. The selection of rotary jet grouting module offers rotary jet grouting functionality (swing jet grouting, fixed jet grouting). It can also carry out tunnel advance pipe shed support and geological prospecting construction. The system can be seamlessly connected with domestic and foreign drilling tools through the diameter changing joint.
