Working Principle

Material Suction & Push

Suction Stage: The hopper of the concrete conveying pump receives concrete poured by the mixer truck. The hydraulic system drives the piston back to form negative pressure, drawing concrete into the cylinder.

Push Stage: The piston moves forward, pressing the concrete into the delivery pipe. Continuous pumping is achieved through reciprocating motion.

Pipeline Transportation

Concrete flows reliably along the high-pressure pipeline system, successfully reaching the target pouring point via heavy-duty elbows, hoses, and dedicated connection elements.

Reversing Control

The integrated reversing valve within the pump's advanced hydraulic control loop automatically coordinates and switches piston movements, ensuring uninterrupted concrete delivery flow.
