Shotcrete Machine

This machine is mainly used for dry-mix concrete spraying in tunnelling, culvert, subway, slope stabilization, swimming pools, mining and underground engineering; The explosion-proof type is suitable for coal mining, chemical mine and other places with high combustible gas. Can be equipped with electric, pneumatic or diesel engine drive.

  • Forced feeding: Driven by the piston completely avoiding material sticking in rotor material chambers, high adaptation to the concrete (regardless of highly viscous concrete or fiber concrete).

⚙️ Working Principle

The principle of the PZ- rotor-type concrete spraying machine has two sets of conveying systems:

1. Concrete Conveying System: The finished concrete mixed by the mixer enters the hopper and is sent to the air mixture through the feeding system. The tank is mixed with high-pressure gas and then passes through the injection pipe to the nozzle in a thin flow state.

2. Liquid Accelerator System: This system adjusts the flow rate of the metering pump. The liquid accelerator is mixed with high-pressure air through the atomizer, then mixed with the concrete in the mixing ring of the nozzle before being sprayed onto the surface.
