The concrete grouting machine is a device for concrete spraying construction. It is also known as a concrete jet or concrete jet pump. It is usually composed of a spray gun, conveying system and a stirring system. The spray gun is responsible for spraying concrete to the surface where it needs to be treated. The conveyor system includes a conveyor tube and pressure pump to transport the concrete from the mixing system to the spray gun. The mixing system consists of a concrete mixer and a water -added device for mixing and adjusting the properties of concrete slurry.

Preparation: Prepare the raw materials of concrete and ensure the normal working status of the conveying system and spray gun.

Stirring concrete: Put the concrete raw materials into the mixer, add an appropriate amount of water for stirring to make it a suitable slurry shape.

Start spraying: By starting the pressure pump, the concrete slurry is transported from the mixer to the spray gun. The spray gun sprays the concrete to the surface where it needs to be treated through high pressure, forming a uniform concrete spray coating.
