The LGP440/50PI-22E Grout Pump is a horizontal three-cylinder reciprocating single-action piston pump. It is widely used in mining, geological drilling, railway, highway, water conservancy and hydropower, bridges, high-rise buildings, foundation reinforcement, and other engineering projects.
This pump features a mature and reliable frequency converter, offering safety, energy-saving performance, and easy operation. It incorporates advanced artificial intelligence control for real-time pressure monitoring and flow display. The integrated crankcase and gearbox design ensures a long service life and compact volume.
Removable base for easy maintenance. Includes an open-door design for gearbox access and blinds for efficient heat dissipation.
Equipped with a 22Kw motor and a frequency converter speed regulating drive for stable operation.
