The Grout Mixing Plant is specially designed for cement and water mixed projects. Its primary advantage is continuous mixing.
This plant utilizes high turbulence mixing of water and cement powder to obtain a cement grout, or bentonite slurry for plastic muds. It supports ternary or quaternary compound mixing with multiple liquid and solid components. The system is designed to work efficiently under 20ft and 40ft container silos.
Designed based on 20ft container dimensions for direct storage and reduced shipping costs. Multiple units can be stacked for increased capacity.
