The Vertical blender performs uniform mixture for large volumes of materials in a short mixing time. By utilizing paddle rotation, it gathers materials from the bottom center to the top, then sheds the material flow back to the bottom, completing the mixing cycle efficiently.
The main screw rod is constructed from high-quality stainless steel 304, while the paddle is made of stainless steel 201 with a thickness of 4.0mm. This ensures helical circular mixture for fast and even stirring.
All parts in contact with materials are made of full stainless steel, ensuring they are rust-free and easy to clean after use.
Equipped with SIEMENS electrical components to ensure stable operation and long-term reliability of the machine.
An integrated power control device is installed to provide maximum safety during operation.
The mixing time is fully adjustable, allowing users to set precise durations within the 0 to 30-minute range.
