Mixing drum is non removable. Our mixers are also offered as Fixed Drum or Non Removable Container design. As the name suggests, the mixing drum is fixed and so cannot be taken out.
The powder to be filled has to be charged/loaded in the mixing drum and same is collected from bottom discharge after mixing. If the mixing application or ingredients are same and there is no need to change the material, the Non Removable Drum design is highly recommended. They are furthermore suitable for large capacity mixing requirements.
2Construction Details
1. Standard mixers are built with structure made from Carbon steel. They are powder coated material after surface preparation.
2. We also offer GMP design where all exposed parts are made from Stainless Steel AISI 304 material.
3. Mixing Drum material can be Stainless Steel AISI 304 or AISI 316L or any other material required.
