Description:

LPS-7A wet shotcrete machine uses a hydraulic pumping S valve structure, with two oil cylinders reciprocating alternately to pump concrete from the conveying pipe to the nozzle. By adding compressed air to the wet shotcrete machine outlet and adding a percentage of the accelerator at the nozzle, the concrete slurry is sprayed directly onto the surface.

The LPS-7A wet shotcrete machine output can be adjusted continuously: the main oil pump is a variable displacement plunger pump, allowing the spraying volume to be adjusted freely. The accelerating adding quantity can also be adjusted continuously according to the concrete spraying volume.

Equipped with a self-lubrication system for the wet shotcrete machine to provide automatic lubrication for main sealing parts, which significantly extends the working life of wearing parts.

Application:

LPS-7A wet shotcrete machine is used for wet concrete spraying in mines, tunnels, culverts, metros, hydropower engineering, underground construction, slope protection, etc. It is also suitable for filling, grouting, and pumping concrete mortar.
